It comes from our motto: “Liberty Goes Beyond Taboos.” A name that reflects exactly who we are: a free, boundaryless space, built from within the community.

IWWEI is available in Spanish and English. You can change the language from your account settings at any time.

IWWEI is available globally. You can access it from any country with an internet connection, both from the website and the mobile app.

You'll find LGBTIQ+ content organized in 7 verticals: Magazines, Comics, Books, Podcasts, News, Reports and B2B Marketplace. All produced by community publishers and creators

Yes. We include content for all diversity: lesbians, gays, bisexuals, trans, intersex, queer, non-binary, asexual and more. If you don't find your identity represented, let us know.

No. IWWEI is an editorial content platform, not a social network. It is designed to consume and discover quality content produced by professional LGBTIQ+ community publishers.

You can register with your email or use your Google or Facebook account. The process takes less than 2 minutes. You only need your name, email, password and country of residence.

No. Registration is completely free and does not require any banking details. IWWEI is free for the first year with no financial commitment.

Each person should have only one account linked to their email. If you have access problems, contact our support team.

From 'My Account' you can change your password at any time. If you have forgotten it, use the 'Forgot your password?' option on the login screen.

You can change your email from the 'My Account' section. You will need to verify the new email before the change takes effect

You can request account deletion from 'My Account > Settings > Delete Account'. Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with GDPR.

Yes. You can add a photo, username, bio and select your interests so IWWEI shows you more relevant content

When you delete your account, all your personal data, reading history, favorites and purchases are deleted. This process is irreversible

The first year is completely FREE with full access to the entire platform. After that, the premium subscription costs only €1 per month.

The first free year includes full access to all platform features and content without any limits. There is no hidden content or locked features during this period.

When your first free year expires, you can subscribe for €1/month to maintain full access, or continue for free with limited access to a selection of content.

With free access you can explore the platform and read a selection of content. With premium (€1/month) you have unlimited access to the entire catalog, downloads and no advertising.

When your free year expires, we will send you a reminder. You can activate the premium subscription from 'My Account > Subscription'.

Yes. You can cancel from 'My Account' without penalty. You will keep access until the end of the paid period.

We periodically launch special promotions for our community. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.

We accept debit/credit card and bank transfer. All payments are SSL-encrypted and comply with PCI DSS regulations.

Payments are processed in euros (€). If your card is in another currency, your bank applies the corresponding exchange rate

Yes. You receive an invoice or receipt by email for each payment made. You can also download your invoices from 'My Account > Payment History'.

Yes. In addition to the subscription, you can buy individual content for a one-time price, without needing an active subscription.

Yes. You can subscribe to specific magazines with annual renewal from each magazine's page.

Contact our support team by email or chat. We will resolve your case within a maximum of 48 business hours and will refund you if applicable.

Yes. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund according to our returns policy

Use the search bar at the top to search by title, author or category. You can also browse the 7 verticals or filter by popularity, date or category.

Yes. The more you use IWWEI, the better it knows you. The platform learns from your history and favorites to recommend content tailored to your tastes.

Yes. On the main screen you will find sections of popular content, best sellers and new arrivals. You can also filter by popularity in each vertical.

Yes. You can follow your favourite publishers and receive notifications every time they publish new content.

Yes. Each piece of content has a favourite icon. All your favourites are saved in 'My Favourites' in your profile.

Yes. You can download purchased content in PDF format to read offline from the mobile app.

Yes. From the share icon you can send the link to any content. The recipient will go directly to that content on IWWEI.

Yes. Once you have accessed a piece of content, you can leave your rating and comment. Reviews help the community discover the best content.

Yes. IWWEI automatically saves your reading progress. In your Bookmarks section you will see the percentage completed for each piece of content.

Yes. You can filter by category, popularity, price (free or paid), language and publication date.

On each piece of content you will find 'Report as inappropriate'. Select the reason and our team will review it within 24 hours.

Yes. Send us suggestions from 'Suggest content' in your profile or by writing to contact@example.test. Your opinion builds IWWEI

The B2B Marketplace is the space where brands and publishers meet directly for advertising agreements. It will be available in Phase 2 of the platform.

Yes. IWWEI is available for Android and iOS and as a website. You can access it from any device with the same account

Yes. The app is optimised for smartphones and tablets. The tablet experience is especially comfortable for reading magazines and books.

The IWWEI app is available on Google Play (Android) and the App Store (iOS). Search for 'IWWEI' or access it from www.iwwei.com.

IWWEI is optimised for minimum data usage. You can also download content on WiFi to read later without using mobile data

Your account and all your content, favourites and history are in the cloud. When you install IWWEI on your new phone and log in, you recover everything.

The app needs a connection to access online content, but previously downloaded content is available offline.

You will receive notifications of new content from publishers you follow, transaction alerts, platform news and reminders of saved content to read later

Yes. From 'Settings' you can fully manage which notifications you receive and how (push, email or both).

Only what is necessary: name, email, country, content preferences and activity history on the platform. We never sell your data to third parties

Yes. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the data protection regulations of the countries where we operate.

No. IWWEI does not display or share any information about the sexual orientation or gender identity of its users. Your privacy is sacred to us.

No. Your reading history, favourites and purchases are completely private. Only you can see them.

All payments are encrypted with SSL technology and processed through PCI DSS certified gateways. IWWEI does not store your card details

Yes. You have the right to be forgotten under GDPR. You can request the complete deletion of your data at any time from 'My Account' or by writing to contact@example.test.

Yes, we use essential cookies for the platform to function and analytical cookies to improve the experience. You can manage your preferences from the cookie banner or from settings

IWWEI is your international distribution channel. We give you visibility among LGBTIQ+ readers worldwide who are actively searching for content like yours, without you having to pay for infrastructure or hire a sales team.

Joining IWWEI is completely FREE. There are no entry fees, monthly fees or fixed commissions.

Any publisher, magazine, media outlet, podcast, book or comics publisher that produces LGBTIQ+ or related content. Both publishers with free and paid content are welcome.

It is not essential. We accept both companies and independent creators who produce quality content for the LGBTIQ+ community.

Absolutely. IWWEI was born to give visibility precisely to small publishers who don't have the resources of large ones. Your size doesn't matter. Your content does.

The complete process can be completed in 3-5 business days: 1 day to review your application, 1 day to sign the contract and 1-3 days for onboarding and content upload

No. The IWWEI contract is non-exclusive. You can publish your content on IWWEI and on any other platforms you wish simultaneously.

IWWEI checks that the content is appropriate for our community, that it is original and that the publisher has the necessary rights. We do not accept content that incites hatred or is contrary to LGBTIQ+ values.

Once the contract is signed, you access your publisher dashboard where you can upload, manage and update your content autonomously. Our team accompanies you through the onboarding process.

We accept PDF for magazines, books and comics. For podcasts you can link your RSS feed or upload audio files directly. For news and reports we use the integrated text editor.

Yes. The more languages you cover, the greater reach your publication will have. You can upload the same piece in both languages as separate content items.

Yes. From your dashboard you can schedule the publication date and time. Ideal for planning your editorial calendar in advance.

Yes. You can add, edit or delete your content at any time from your dashboard. Changes are reflected on the platform in real time.

You are always the owner of your content. IWWEI only has a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute it. You can publish it on other platforms without any issues.

Yes. You can upload all your previous issues or publications. The historical archive appears organised chronologically in your profile.

Yes. You have your own page on IWWEI where you can add a logo, description, links to your social media and organise your content

You can upload each issue as an independent piece of content. Issues appear organised chronologically in your profile and users can subscribe to your magazine.

Your dashboard shows: views per content, unique users, average reading time, completion percentage, favourites, shares, ratings and the time evolution of all these metrics.

Yes. The metrics include the geographic distribution of your audience, useful for understanding where you have the most impact and planning your strategy.

Payments are made monthly, within the first 15 days of the month following the settled period. You receive a detailed report with metrics and the calculation of your share.

Yes. There is a minimum payment threshold specified in your contract. If you do not reach it in a month, the amount accumulates for the following month

Payments are made in euros (€) via international bank transfer. For publishers outside the euro zone, the amount is converted at the exchange rate on the day of payment.

Yes. The B2B Marketplace will be available in Phase 2. From it you will be able to sell your advertising spaces directly to IWWEI partners and brands without intermediaries.

Yes. You receive a detailed monthly report with metrics and the calculation of your settlement, together with the corresponding invoice.

The contract governs publication rights, the revenue sharing model, duration and renewal conditions, and the obligations of both parties. You can request the full contract before signing it.

The initial contract is for 12 months with automatic annual renewal. Either party can choose not to renew with 30 days' notice.

Yes. Notify us with 30 days' notice. We will remove your content within a maximum of 15 days after the end of the contract.

The contract is signed digitally through our electronic signature platform. You do not need to print or send physical documents.

The contract is governed by Spanish law. For disputes, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid. For publishers outside Spain, an international arbitration clause can be agreed.

If IWWEI breaches any of its obligations, notify us in writing. We have 15 days to remedy it. If we do not, you can terminate the contract without penalty.

No. The contract is personal and non-transferable. If you change your business structure, contact our team to formalise a new contract.

Yes. From the moment you sign the contract you have a direct point of contact in our team for onboarding and to resolve any queries.

The complete process can be completed in less than 48 hours. Our team accompanies you from setting up your profile to uploading your first piece of content.

Yes. IWWEI allocates marketing resources to promote the platform, which directly benefits all publishers. We also periodically highlight publishers in our newsletter, social media and campaigns.

IWWEI actively encourages collaboration between publishers to create joint content, cross-promotions or special projects.

Yes. As a partner publisher you can use the logo and the 'Available on IWWEI' mention on your channels. We provide the graphic kit during onboarding.

IWWEI has a clear conflict resolution process. If a user reports your content, you receive a notification and have 48 hours to respond before our team makes a decision.
